First Citizens has launched the 1st commercial knock and touch interactive wall in the Caribbean. This solution uses  a Touch Film which can turn any glass surface into a touch screen. The solution uses NFC (near field communication) where smart phone users can tap to get info on products and connect to all the different First Citizens social channels. Barcodes has also been integrated into the solution, expanding on the different ways patrons can communicate digitally with the interface. A wireless intranet zone (First Zone) was also created where patrons can connect to engage in our monthly digital promotions and also adding a layer of security for users wanting to sign up for service by not having their info come up on the screen. This solution also addresses the situation of creating a lesser paper trail on disseminating information to clients, and most importantly creates a window-shopping environment exceeding their regular opening hours.
